This Professional Racing whip is made with fibreglass inner stem for extra strength. It has a wrapped rubber handle for extra hold in all weather conditions. The centre of the shaft features a coloured vinyl wrap. The Foam Padded Paddle end is approx 12"/31cm long. The overall length of the whip is 27"/69cm. British Horse Racing Authority approved.
