How do I place an order?
Select the options you require and add to the basket, repeat for all your required items. Check your basket carefully and proceed through the checkout. You can also call us on 01242 620003.

Payment
Payment is made through Paypal. The Paypal Portal will accept card payment without needing a Paypal account.

Delivery
We aim for Next Working Day Delivery for UK Mainland Addresses. (If items are in stock and ordered before 11:30am. Cut off time is subject to change. Excludes UK Remote areas, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands)
We always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched next working day.
Any orders placed after midday on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Returns and refunds
Please telephone 01242 620003 or email us if you wish to return or exchange an item.
You have 14 days in which to contact us regarding a return. Then 14 days to return the item.
For reasons of hygiene Bits may only be returned/exchanged in unused condition.
In the case of a return for refund or exchange you will be responsible for the return postage cost.
