The Full Cheek Sweet Iron Snaffle With Copper Lozenge has a combination of a Sweet Iron mouthpiece, which oxidises, and the Copper Lozenge which promotes salivation & acceptance. Having the lozenge also lessens the nutcracker action and therefore is kinder to the horse's tongue. Full cheeks help control the sideways movement of the head, so is a useful steering aid. Fulmer loops, which can be purchased separately, are fitted from the top of the bit to the cheek pieces of the bridle.
